THE ROLE:
We are currently looking for a verification professional with expertise in IP verification and advanced verification methodologies. Responsibilities include verifying PCI Express design using latest UVM standard and develop comprehensive test plan to ensure coverage closure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accountable for the overall verification of PCI Express IP.
- Work with architects and management to define and build a scalable verification strategy and execution plans.
- metrics and deliver task with high quality.
- Analyze Functional, Code, and Test Plan Coverage
- Drive and participating in Code Reviews.
- Identify, drive and develop efficiency and IP quality improvement initiatives.
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for Functional bugs found in Silicon.
- Drive projects from start to the finish and conduct Design verification sign-off
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience of overall design verification experience in the ASIC industry
- Experience in a design verification lead or management role.
- Strong background in the development of verification environments in System Verilog.
- Expertise in constrained random verification methodologies. Formal verification experience a plus.
- Extensive experience verifying complex designs using UVM, OVM or VMM
- Familiarity with industry standard high-speed protocols such as PCIe, SATA, USB.
- Experience with verification of Hardware-Firmware interaction is highly desirable
- Exposure to Makefile and other scripting languages like perl, python and ruby
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or related equivalent with Or
- Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering/related equivalent Or
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering/related equivalent
