SILICON DESIGN ENGINEER 2

 

THE ROLE:

In this position, you will be part of the 3rd Party Analog Mixed Signal IPCR Design Analysis / CAD team. Parallel teams within the AMD Circuit Technology division include Analog Mixed Signal Design, Custom Layout Design, and Post Silicon Analog Design Characterization.

 

An outstanding aspect of our team is the breadth of electrical/design flow and circuit topology knowledge our teams work involves. Sustained focus on cross training between team members and strong mentorship for new members enables the high level of positive and cooperative work environment required for success. If you have a passion to interact with and learn aspects of an entire ASIC design flow, such as silicon design methodologies, verification methodologies, and manufacturing, then you are the ideal candidate. 

 

THE PERSON:

The person who will be successful in this role, will have good attention to detail, works well with parallel teams, will look for opportunities to automate throughout the design analysis.
