MTS SILICON DESIGN ENGINEER
THE ROLE:
The focus of this role is to plan, build SOC designs with AMD’s graphics processors in SOC chips.
THE PERSON:
You have a passion for modern, complex processor architecture and digital design, in general. You are a team player who has excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with other engineers located in different sites/timezones. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and are willing to learn and ready to take on problems.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Proficiency with Verilog/VHDL RTL design languages
- Proficient with either design or verification aspects of AHB, AXI.
- Design or verification exposure to NoC, PCIe or Video is a plus.
- Have hands-on experience in SOC Design/Integration activities, involving IPs and macros, clocking and reset, padring and pinmuxing.
- Knowledge of CDC/Lint and timing closure.
- Have knowledge of SOC design specification, architecture and micro-architecture,
- Knowledge of low power design and UPF.
- Experience level across job roles: 6-10 years.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering,
