Job Role and Responsibility: Xilinx, Inc., a subsidiary of AMD, Inc., is hiring Sr. Program Management Analysts to manage interface deliverables between hardware and software teams within AMD-AECG to provide base tools support for chip verification. Conduct weekly meetings with hardware and software teams to drive execution toward chip verification - meeting with key stakeholders to identify and track dependencies in real time. Drive risk mitigations and contingency planning to help ensure basic tools support for chip verification staying on-track to plan. Distribute requirements across the software teams to support device support deliverables in customer releases. Conduct device solution planning meetings and driving follow-up actions, risk mitigations, and execution to ensure high quality customer releases. Perform real-time analysis/triage of issues discovered in chip validation, driving each issue to closure with appropriate owners/stakeholders.

Qualifications: Degree required

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or related field.

Qualifications: Amount and type of experience required: One (1) year of experience in the job offered or closely related engineering or IT consulting role.

Specific skills required: The following skills are required:

Position requires experience in the following:

 

1.Hardware verification;

2.Logic and circuit design;

3.Unix or Linux environments;

4.CPU architecture;

5.Verilog, System Verilog, or VHDL;

6.C, C++, Python, TCL, Perl, or Shell;

7.ASIC design tools (synthesis, simulation, equivalence checking, static timing analysis);

8.Design flows and methodologies used for chip verification; and

9.Functional/Code coverage or SV Assertion based verification & constrained random testing.

 

Experience may be gained through graduate-level coursework, research, or internship experience.

 

Can work remotely.
