In this role you will be involved in the development of cutting-edge power management integrated circuits (switching regulators, linear regulators, ...). You will be involved in all the steps of IC development:
Understanding product requirements and defining suitable concepts
Design of analog mixed-signal circuits to meet the requirements
Verifying your design by state-of-the-art simulation tools
Follow-up of the layout phase until mask release
• Work in an international team for a variety of internal customers
Report the design status through design reviews
Support lab evaluation and debug of first silicon samples
Support test development engineering, FMEAs and final product qualification You are best equipped for this task if you have:
• A Master degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similar
3+ years of experience in circuit design, preferably in the field of power management
• Knowledge about analog and mixed signal circuit design techniques and related tools
• Knowledge of DC/DC power conversion topologies
• Knowledge of control theory and feedback systems (Bode plots, design of control loops)
• System knowledge and skills in system modeling (e.g. MATLAB/Simulink, SIMPLIS)
• Ability to write behavioral models (Verilog-AMS, SystemVerilog, VHDL)
• Knowledge of MS Office documentation, spreadsheet, presentation tools
Basic programming skills (e.g. Python, shell scripting)
Fluent English skills with German skills as a plus

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2024.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
