Senior / Staff Engineer - Chip Verification

In your new role you will:
- Execute SoC verification tasks and work closely with team members to review and understand the relevant functional and safety-related requirements
- Work and align with different stakeholders to identify verification plans and define SOC verification strategies
- Execute the verification plan by developing C/C++ test cases and SystemVerilog/UVM testbench components and by integrating 3rd party VIP components
- Undertake a technical leadership role in Digital/Analog-Mixed SignalVerification at SOC level
- Lead a team technically by exploring new environments and identifying potential enhancement areas through a new methodology
- Identify and set mid/long term goals based on benchmarking against industry standard

You are best equipped for this task if you have
- Masters/Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with more than 3 years of relevant work experience
- Understand the usage of tools like Xcelium, Spectre(X) and Simvision
- Strong foundational knowledge of digital/mixed-signal design & verification
- Knowledge and hands-on experience of System Verilog and UVM
- Exposure to version-controlling (eg, Git/Bitbucket, ClearCase, CVS, SVN) and bug-management schemes
- Self-motivated, flexible and with strong interpersonal skills
- Good communication with interpersonal skills and is a good team player who is able to work well with both internal and external partners
- Candidate who has more relevant working and leadership experience will be considered for a more senior position
- Training will be provided based on candidate's background and relevant working experience
- Hands-on experience in hardware-software debugging at the system or application level
- Hand-on experience with gate-level-simulations and with debugging/troubleshooting skills is a plus
- Understanding of UPF context of analog/transistor level
- Basic analog knowledge for debugging purposes
- Experience in the Automotive industry in Functional Safety ISO26262 and Cybersecurity ISO21434 are advantageous
