Senior Staff Engineer Functional Verification (f/m/div)*
As a Senior Staff Engineer Functional Verification, you will support the development of IP in the Design for Test and automotive safety context. You will reach into system-level verification and production-related testing. You will be part of a dynamic and experienced team and take their technical knowledge to the next level in our mission of excellence. In your new role you will:
- Be responsible for the verification of digital designs for leading automotive microcontroller platforms in the design for test context (e.g. Mission mode execution of test circuitry like MBIST and LBIST, memory Bist repair circuitry, bus bridges, interfaces to NVM, test control logic)
- Be able to understand requirements and specifications
- Focus on Test plan and test bench development
- Be responsible for IP verification (Formal, System Verilog, UVM) up to the verification of the IP integration on the system level
- Support or Drive Flow and methodology improvements
- Balancing of IP level verification and system level verification
- Bringing system verification test to production test
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in Electronic or Computer Engineering
- +5 years of industry experience in digital verification
- Development of verification environments and methodologies at block and subsystem level
- Extensive knowledge of System Verilog / Verilog / OVM / UVM / VMM
- Good knowledge of programming languages like Python, TCL
- Experience working in a collaborative environment such as willingness to challenge yourself and the team to deliver products to market in a fast-moving industry
- Interest in automation
- Microcontroller knowledge and interest in design for test
- Professional verbal and written English communication skills and German language skills are a plus
