Design verification & Performance verification involving TestBench development, test writing , architecture/functional modeling, functional coverage closure and debug
Define functional/performance verification strategy and develop execution test plans for the same.
Understand and drive various GPU and Machine Learning and/or AI Performance benchmarks on RTL via Simulation or Emulation to achieve the planned performance targets.
Debug and root cause the performance bottlenecks in the design and influence the Arch and micro-arch design teams on appropriate changes to the design.
Ensure that validation sign off meets all the required matrices of coverage, pass rates, performance criterion as well as feature goals.
Guiding and mentoring junior engineers in the team.
What we are looking for :
Bachelor or Masters of Engineering degree or equivalent, with 5+ years' experience in silicon development. Additional qualifications include:
Experience with RTL verification and validation of microarchitecture using Verilog/SystemVerilog/UVM/Assembly/C++
Exposure to CPU or GPU Architecture ( Computer Architecture Knowledge). Performance verification at IP or System level is a plus.
Experience with coverage driven verification, testbench development, functional modeling and test writing/debug
Experience with industry standard front-end design and verification flows/tools/methodology.
Good scripting knowledge (shell/PERL/Python)
