In pursuit of the lowest-latency possible, we started building our FPGA team. In order to strengthen the team, we are now looking for a Team Lead. You will play a role in shaping our FPGA architecture, vision, best practices and at the same time be responsible for the team. This is a high impact field position for a skilled FPGA Engineer who wants to lead a team for one of the fastest growing firms in the trading industry. Responsibilities: Design and implement low latency components in Xilinx FPGAs Understand, design and implement trading algorithms in FPGA in close collaboration with Trading and Research Design, implement, and verify network infrastructure in FPGA Design, implement, and verify high-speed interface with PC Requirements: 4+ years in a High Frequency Trading environment using FPGA concepts, principles, and structures Experience with RTL design in Verilog/System Verilog or VHD and HLS Experience with FPGA design flow (creating timing constraints, timing analysis, synthesis etc.) Knowledge of PCIe interface, 10Gb ethernet, TCP and UDP protocol in FPGA Experience with simulation, verification, and scripting Experience with a FPGA debugging tool (i.e., ILA) Experience with integrating hardware solutions into existing software solution Benefits: Compensation in line with trading industry standard Outstanding performance is also rewarded with shareholding in company For people coming from abroad we provide a relocation package, including flight coverage, temp accommodation upon arrival, house finding service and expat support Meals during work hours Social events and after-work drinks Reimbursement of travel costs Sponsored gym membership In-house game room (pool table, board games and console games)
