Staff SOC Design Engineer

The candidate will involve in development of Intel's next generation eASIC structured ASIC product, using patented via configuration technology. The candidate will be responsible for micro-architecture definition, design and verification of complex IPs, integration of IPs into complex SOC. The candidate will involve in performance, power and area optimization of circuit design in advanced CMOS technology. The candidate will involve in high-performance interface (such as DDR5/LPDDR5) designs.
Minimum Qualifications: � 5-10 years of working experience in VLSI development � Proficient in hardware description language such as Verilog, and simulation tools. � Experienced with circuit design in advanced CMOS process technology. � Experienced with circuit performance, power and area optimization. � Proficient in at least one programming language such as PERL/TCL/C-Shell/Python. Preferred Qualifications: � Experience in FPGA or structured ASIC design � Knowledge in Design for Test � Experience in high-speed SerDes design, high-performance memory interface design or high-performance SRAM array design is a plus. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
