As a Test Engineering Intern, you will work alongside experienced engineers developing and optimizing test solutions for advanced application processors and SoC products. You will gain hands-on experience with new product introduction (NPI), silicon characterization, generative AI tools, and Automated Test Equipment (ATE) while contributing to real engineering projects.

Job Summary:

  • Develop test solutions for advanced SoC devices using Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
  • Assist with silicon characterization, validation, and debug activities
  • Develop scripts and tools to improve engineering productivity and test efficiency
  • Analyze test data to identify trends, yield opportunities, and quality issues
  • Collaborate with Design, Product Engineering, Validation, Quality, and Manufacturing teams

Skills / Requirements:

  • Pursuing a BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Experience with Python, C#, VBA,  Linux, generative AI tools or similar technologies
  • Coursework or interest in computer architecture, digital design, verification, and programming
